Put the order of service, announcements, liturgy, and sermon flow into Scripts inside one Event. Open the Display link on the confidence monitor, and let the booth open the Control link. Announcements change Saturday night? Edit the Script and every screen has the update. Password-protect the links so only your team can open them.

Yes. There is nothing to install and nothing to configure on the day. A volunteer opens a link, presses play, and nudges the speed up or down.
Does it work alongside our presentation software?
